i can't seem to drink water unless i chug it. aside from the problems that this causes with post-practice water-chugging stomach ache and pre-restaurant-meal fullness, it also causes problems just on a regular basis.
what happens is i pour myself a glass of water, and then bring the glass up to my mouth to gulp it down. the more i drink, the more i tilt my glass up, and the more i tilt the glass up, the more of my nose-mouth area it covers. I keep drinking, without taking a breath, but since my face is so far into my glass by then, i can't breathe anymore. i freak out for a moment and stop drinking because i'm out of air, but luckily this relieves the pressure vacuum that i've created in the glass and i can breathe again.
i know you have to drink water to survive, but i'm probably going to die from drinking water.
